Philippa is honestly AMAZING!!! Do not think twice about hiring her, she took so much stress off Chris and me, she set up the whole day perfectly, keep me in the loop and made the most beautiful flowers. We had a few problems with the villa that we had perviously hired before hiring Philippa, she tried to best to sort the problem but in the end the villa was less than helpful, Philippa jumped into action and came up with solutions and took all the stress off me. We honestly can not thank her enough for the best day of our lives, i really do mean this but i think we also have a friend for life!! She truely is amazing at her job and an amazing person!

With COVID causing havoc with our plans to get married, we needed a wedding planner who kept cool, kept on top of everything, and more importantly, got the job done. Pip... you were everything we could have asked for and more. Continual changes to the dates, the times, the attendees... you completely blew us away with your know-how and attention to detail. We cannot thank you enough for coping with the unforeseen pandemic and two lovebirds who were out of their depth. The flowers & decorations were immaculate and all that attended were blown away! It was our pleasure to have you glue everything together from planning, to when we landed, the big day, and afterward. We can't thank Philippa enough for helping us plan the wedding of our dreams!
Living in the UK, it was initially a little daunting contemplating a celebration for 120 people in Spain. Philippa came recommended by a friend and immediately put us at ease with her experience, knowledge, and professionalism. We first met in Sitges for a coffee to talk through our vision and ideas. Philippa was fantastic at helping us start to put a plan together, beginning with a tour of suggested venues. From then on, we were in constant contact, with recommendations for caterers, music, photographers, florists....you name it, Philippa could make it happen! Speaking the local language was also a huge help and meant we had support for any tricky supplier discussions. On the day itself, Philippa was incredible at taking charge with her no-nonsense approach to keeping everyone on track and on time. With a jam-packed schedule that even included a surprise performance from a RuPaul's Drag Race contestant, Philippa took it all in her stride and made us feel reassured and calm. If you're getting married in Spain then we can't recommend Philippa highly enough!!

We have just returned from our amazing wedding at Villa Catalina just outside of Sitges. We could not be more thrilled with how our day went, everything was just as we had hoped. Philippa made sure that the day ran so smoothly. She was able to recommend and liaise with other amazing local vendors and had such good knowledge of our venue which was so helpful when planning from England. Everything looked so beautiful and we could really trust her to make those creative decisions. Thank you so much.

Having booked and planned the bulk of our wedding, we were unsure if we really needed a coordinator for the final details. We are SO GLAD that we decided to work with Pip. We booked her month-of package and it was worth every penny. There were a lot of game-day decisions that she had to make and I’m glad I didn’t have to worry about these things while getting ready.
We also hired Pip as our florist and we were so happy with how it all turned out. We asked for summery, easy-going, colorful vibes and she really delivered!
Our goal was to feel like a guest at our own wedding and in the end, I don’t think I’ve ever been this relaxed at ANY wedding, even as a guest! Pip made sure we had the wedding of our dreams!

“Pure luck brought us together with Philippa. And how lucky we were! She was with us every step of the way and honestly, thought about every little detail and worried in our stead when we were just too relaxed about the logistics and planning. From the choice of venue to catering, choice of musicians to table decoration, she offered us many options and asked all the right questions ever patiently to understand what we liked and what we didn’t. Giving her a general idea about our preferred theme of the event (“historical place, simple colours, just good food and good music, a great party, nothing fancy” etc.) sufficed. Frankly, every aspect was beyond our expectations. The venue turned out to be a gem. The food and drinks were all incredibly delicious. None of the guests were able to point to any weaknesses in the event. On the contrary, they all left with the feeling that this was by far the best wedding party they’ve ever been. So, all in all, you are in good hands with Philippa. She will be your planner and your friend. And we are confident you will feel as lucky as we did.”
“You were such a great help throughout our planning, allowing us to tailor a bespoke package so that we could feel as involved and DIY with our big day as we could from England all whilst lending your expert advice, local knowledge and skills. You were absolutely crucial in saving us from complete meltdown when the Spanish weather didn’t show up as we’d hoped and kept us just about sane in the couple of very wet days before the wedding and the morning of. Thanks to you we had a plan B (and C, D and E!) and as we were so prepared in the end – of course the sun shone! Your help on the day meant that we moved seamlessly from one part of the day to the next around the grounds of Mas Santo without us even having to worry whether everything was in place and when any little concerns did crop up you were there to handle these.

“When planning our destination wedding, I came across Philippa’s website and I immediately knew I liked her style. She was quick to respond with a lot of information and helped us decide that the Sitges area in Spain was the right place for our wedding.
Planning a wedding from the United States in Spain would have been a rather large challenge if it was not for Philippa’s help. Having only a short period of time in Spain for planning and being unable to see or try many of the vendors first hand, we had to trust Philippa’s advice. We went into our wedding without seeing the venue, tasting the caterer, cake or really any other aspects. I consider myself kind of a control freak and a huge foodie. So if I am being honest, we were pretty stressed and scared about how our wedding day was going to turn out. We were only going off pictures and reviews from the internet.
Everything turned out beautiful and perfect beyond our expectations! The venue Philippa recommended was unbelievable. Philippa gave 110% on our wedding day. She was calm and organised and helped with any requests. The decor and flowers were incredible (which I believe Philippa did herself). The catering company she recommended was professional, fun and provided great food. The cake was gorgeous and tasted amazing. The guitarist added a such a lovely touch to our ceremony and aperitif. Our guests were blown away by the place, the wedding and Philippa’s service.”

We hope you are really well! Well we certainly came back home with a bump to daily life after our most incredible fairytale wedding at Villa Catalina.
We cannot thank you enough for all the help you provided us with on our very special day. You work so quietly and efficiently creating your magic - We did not think it was possible to make Villa Catalina look even more stunning and magnificent but you certainly did that and more.
Our hearts are filled with amazing memories of the day from the band to the food and the incredible ceremony provided by Toby, but then to see the stunning and so rustic wedding cake (just our style!) presented so beautifully and to seeing all the incredible fairy lights and bulbs outside making it look so enviably romantic and beautiful. We could not wish for it to look any other way.
Your hands worked magic with the dining room. Our main concern was having dinner in there almost every night that week and whether it would look different enough on the wedding night. Well we needn’t have worried it was jaw-droppingly beautiful. You did amazingly well and at such short notice. The flowers were stunning and in keeping with the villa as was the lace table runner - just so pretty.
Thank you is not really enough for what you do and you do it so well. We shall treasure the setting you created for us at the wedding forever and we didn’t think twice about our lost case of decorations that had taken us 6 months to put together.
We felt like royalty on the day with the team of incredible people all working their magic flitting around busily like bees to honey creating the most incredible scene for us all to enjoy. We smile each time we think of the lovely signs, decorations and stunning lighting and small details that you took such great care in placing in order for us to have the very special day we so desired and have dreamed of for a year!
Thank you Pip you are amazing and may all those lucky people soon to get married enjoy the incredible magic and fairy dust you spread. We cant help but feel a little jealous and would love to do it all over again.

“Our wedding guests were a group of seasoned Jewish wedding goers who have been attending lavish nuptials since birth and every single one of them was blown away by the simple, thoughtful, beautiful and authentic quality of our wedding - which is exactly what we hoped to achieve. You were able to pull off the perfect mix of celebratory elegance and rustic casualness. At no point did it seem too much or too little and that is an incredibly, amazingly, impossibly delicate balance to achieve.
As two design and art minded, particular and detail oriented gay men we were a bit nervous about staging an event an ocean away, but you made it very easy and managed to read our minds and do things just as we would have done them if we’d been there ourselves.
Thanks also for bringing order and calm as soon as we arrived at the villa. I was pretty stressed when we got on the plane (mainly about other arrangements dealing with the two week stay) but the wedding details were completely under control and that allowed us to actually enjoy our vacation. You even managed to bring peace to our terribly nervous son!
The DJ, photographer and guitarists were all great. The bartender was particularly delightful :)
Thanks again a thousand times for the memories of a lifetime. We are thinking about getting married again next year :)”

“Without Philippa our wedding would never have been the fairytale what we had in mind. She did everything to make it an unforgettable day for us. She provided us with the right people, and also arranged things that we never would have succeeded to do ourselves. Thanks to Philippa we had perfect catering, a glittering ceremony in the town square and a super dance party. We had over 100 guests and everyone was very excited!
